Kathie Boles CFO/Owner
As a founding partner of ALKU Technologies LLC, Kathie manages the financial and operational aspects of the organization. Kathie's responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) include setting strategic direction and creating corporate governance documents that establish policies, tactical guidelines, as well as operational processes. This encompasses the management of administration efforts such as banking, payroll, invoicing, treasury, collections, and tax and insurance compliance. She also acts as the customer liaison for service and problem resolution.
Prior to founding ALKU, Kathie held roles of increasing responsibility in the Finance and Accounting realm. While working as an accountant in Boston for over 12 years and having full responsibility of all financial aspects of several major corporations, Kathie's interaction with ERP systems became a specialty. Through her experience in the Finance and Accounting field, Kathie realized there was a great need for an ERP consulting firm that delivered quality talent in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Kathie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business - Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst – Isenberg School of Management. In her downtime, Kathie enjoys playing guitar, working out, and spending time with her family.
Mark Eldridge Founder / Managing Director
Mark Eldridge, founder of ALKU Technologies, has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts ~ Amherst, Mark was hired by Sapphire Technologies, one of the nation's largest IT staffing agencies. Starting out as a recruiter, he steadily advanced through the ranks, working in various key executive positions within the company. Eventually he was promoted to COO of Sapphire Technologies where he managed the development of additional business lines and was instrumental in the company's growth and expansion into new geographic regions.
Through his experience, Mark has developed a clear understanding of the key factors of good salesmanship. He has also gained extensive insight into the staffing industry and noticed a significant need for reliable, qualified sales recruitment services. As a result, ALKU was founded.
When he isn't helping others advance their careers, Mark can be found mentoring at-risk youths or volunteering to support Alzheimer's charity causes. For recreation, Mark enjoys perfecting his swing on the golf course, training for his latest road race, or spending time in Maine boating and kayaking with his family.
Matt Ovanes Managing Director
Matt has been working in the IT consulting industry for over 14 years. As the Managing Director at ALKU Technologies, Matt is in charge of leading the company's IT division which exclusively focuses on ERP (PeopleSoft and SAP) consulting. As such, he is responsible for all client engagements and revenue-related activity. Identifying and targeting new sales opportunities, Matt works to optimize ALKU's business growth potential.
Before coming onboard with ALKU, Matt was a Director of the ERP division for Signature Consultants where he was in charge of Vendor Managed Accounts. In this role he was responsible for sales and management and became one of the top performers, growing a large successful team in a short period of time. Matt was also employed as at Sapphire Technologies for seven years. Starting out as an Account Manager, he advanced to Branch Manager and eventually to Director of the Design Technologies division and opened both a Chicago and a Detroit office for the company.
Matt graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing. In his downtime, Matt enjoys playing softball, golfing, and skiing.
David Bruner Division Director
David has been working in the staffing industry for nearly 10 years. As ALKU's Division Director, David is responsible for managing client development as well as overseeing the screening and maintenance of the organization's candidates. His primary focus is on supervising ALKU's Business Development.
Before coming onboard with ALKU Technologies, David held a variety of positions at IT consulting firms over the past seven years. Due to his extensive experience in the industry, David has built relationships in the SAP and PeopleSoft market that extend throughout the U.S.
David graduated from Bryant University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He enjoys skiing, football, and cars during his off-time.
